This year the Workshop will be combined with the FORTH\/ICE-HT Distinguished Lecture &#8220;Alkiviadis Ch. Payatakes&#8221;, which will take place on the afternoon of December 3, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The Institute&#8217;s Workshops for Graduates and Postdocs (\u0397\u039c\u039c\u0395\u2019s) are an institution that began in 2014, with the aim of supporting the young researchers who collaborate with the Institute, giving them the opportunity to present their research activities and scientific work, while themselves contributing to the organization and coordination of the workshop. It will include oral presentations and posters by postgraduate students, doctoral candidates and postdoctoral researchers in the Institute&#8217;s research areas (Ras): Nanotechnology\/Advanced Materials, Energy, Environment, Biosciences\/Biotechnology, as well as invited talks by established researchers. Prizes and commendations for the best presentations will be awarded. Events accompanying the workshop include a welcome reception and a celebratory dinner after its conclusion.<\/p>\n<p>Those interested in presenting at \u0397\u039c\u039c\u03956 will be able to find information on submitting abstracts via the Workshop website: <a href=\"https:\/\/hmme6.iceht.forth.gr\/\">https:\/\/hmme6.iceht.forth.gr\/<\/a>. Participation is free, but <strong>registration is required<\/strong> for the better organization of the events, also via the Workshop website.
